Chinese porcelain jar with lid - dating from the Kangxi Revival period 1890 - 1910. Beautifully painted in underglaze blue with two 4-clawed dragons surrounded by chrysanthemum and other flowers and trailing foliage. Dragon faces very finely painted. Two blue rings and nicely painted 4 character Kangxi mark on base - but later. Lid in good condition apart from some small firing marks, painted with three flowers to match jar. Jar in perfect condition apart from very small firing crack on base.
Size: height 20 cm with lid, diameter 18 cm.
