Chinese porcelain footed bowl with an iron red Tongzhi mark on the base - and of the period (1862 - 74). Decorated in iron red and green enamels with bats, coins and shou symbols in Chinese taste - for this reason, an unusual export piece. The quality of decoration is excellent for this period, which saw the reconstruction of the Jingdezhen official kilns after the Taiping Rebellion of the 1850s.
Condition: Good - some scratching to the inside commensurate with use and age and minor rubbing in some areas.
