Japanese Hirado plate decorated in underglaze blue showing two playful children in a garden, surrounded by a rock, bamboo and blossom.  Also decorated on reverse.   Meiji period, 1880-1900.

Small repair to rim.

Diameter 15.5 cm. stands 2.5 cm high.
