Country View – V King (possibly Veend King)

Oil on board showing 18/19th Century country scene. Impressionist style.  English school.  Very good hand.

Nicely framed in what is probably the original gilt frame. 

Signed:  Bottom right – difficult to distinguish the first part of the signature.  Final part is King. Possibly John Henry or Lillian Veend King - further research needed. Some writing on bottom left.

Size:   50 x 39 cm including frame ( 40 x 31 cm without frame)

Condition: Generally good for age.  Slight cracking in left corner.  Frame has had some repairs in past.  Look at photographs.
